Cancellation Policy



Cancellations/reschedules before 48hrs: free

Cancellations/reschedules between 48hrs and 24hrs: 50% cost

Cancellations/reschedules within 24hrs or No Shows: full cost

If you are over 15 mins late, the session will be billed as a no show unless notified prior to the start of the session.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled time and we can discuss your options.
